It has all of the amenities and rooms as Villa Antica & Villa Paradiso, however it's more compact and economical. When you enter into this modern style villa, there is a large living room that includes a fireplace. Off of the living room is where you find the first bathroom which is outside of a bedroom. Next to that, you enter into a quaint bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has plenty of storage space as well a writing desk to capture your tales of Tuscany before you have a peaceful sleep. Next, from the living room you enter into a large double room: on the right is your gourmet kitchen, center is a preparation and storage island, left is your dining room. Off past the dining room is the laundry room. From the kitchen and dining room area you then enter the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It is the largest bedroom with plenty of storage and a writing desk as well. It has large windows and is bright and roomy.
What's nice about this villa is the open floor plan. You can enjoy being with your family or friends, and still have enough room for all. It's nice to be in the kitchen cooking, having someone painting, writing, or doing crafts at the table, and someone can be watching TV and we can all have a conversation. In case someone wants to step out, there is a lounge area right out the front door with a table and seating. It's nice to have morning coffee there and watch the sunrise. In the evening you could bring out appetizers and cocktails or wine and take in the serenity of the Chianti hillside. At night, the Tuscan owls liven up the area and you can see the lights in the valley from distant villas. It's a relaxing scene both day and night.Coming in 2016 for villa Cantina and Valeria is an "al fresco" dining area up on a hill near the building. There will be a barbecue and Tuscan farm table with a buffet area to have an outdoor party while you look out onto the hillside. It will be a fun and enjoyable spot to take in all that Tuscany has to offer. Villa Cantina is named for its origin as the building that was winery on the estate. In various photos you will notice a wishing well on the grounds. Many years back, when the grapes were harvested on the hillside, they were pressed in Villa Cantina or the winery. Then the wine was poured down the well and was held underground in a large vat. Today one of the original antique corking tools is on display in this villa to commemorate its history.
